Binayaksen.net is one of many efforts by well wishers and supporters of Dr Binayak Sen to bring the injustice being done to him by the government of Chhattisgarh to the attention of people around the world.

When we are losing our faith on the delayed system of judiciary that time we informed “ Binayak will be released in raipur today on personal bond”. Judge says two years is too much!
Assure us that the ethical concept of Judiciary still alive in spite of delayed
I have seen some movies of freedom movement where the Freedom fighters were treated by English like this. I still cant believed that same thing can happen in today’s Freedom India!!
Just begs the question as to which is more valid – ‘justice delayed is justice denied’ or ‘better late than never’.
Congratulations to all comrades who have been persevering in countering this shameful conspiracy by the Chattisgarh Government. Binayak Sen has shown the way by paying a high price for the cause of justice and human rights. This should inspire all of us to relentlessly struggle for justice. All the best to Team Binayak in the legal battle ahead. This would certainly expose the conspiracy of the state and which would also define new parameters for Human Rights Defence.
Great, Great day….. after two years of utter injustice finally the system has obliged. Am sure Dr. BInayak would not have weaned a bit. Hundreds of youngsters and the downtrodden are absolutely with him and would look up to him as a great source of inspiration. I wish him good health and would try to meet him when he comes down to Vellore.
Congratulations to Dr Binayak Sen, to his wife, Prof Ila Sen,to his associates, who have worked tirelessly for his release and for bail being granted to him, to his defence team and to all those who have supported his cause. It is great to taste success, but it is just a small victory in the long battle for social transformation on which likes of Dr Sen have embarked. Yet, this small victory shows that while there are forces in our society who would readily use fascistic methods to suppress all efforts to uplift common people and to get them their just rights, there are also large sections of democratic masses who can be mobilized to counter them. Foreclosure of democratic process under such circumstances can only help fascism. It does not mean demagogy in the name of democracy but mobilization of mass support and readiness to resist any kind of offensive with this support. We should remember that we can’t have our apple and eat it, too.
Great news, Cangratualations to all who have tirelessly worked for the release of great Dr. Vinyak Sen.
At this age it is not acceptable to treat social activists like this.
Hope Govts. wil realise the strong decisiion of the court.
Dr Binayak Sen’s social comitment reminds us Dr. Norman Bethun & Dr. Dwarkanath Kotinish and the people will never forget them because of their legendarty image. We express our love & solidarity to Dr Sen and condemnation to the chg. govt..
